About Me
I deeply value my work as a therapist and find great joy in supporting people along the journey of life.

I obtained a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). At CIIS, the integral approach involves exploring the interconnectedness of different areas of knowledge and fostering a deeper understanding of the whole person and society. I value the spectrum of perspectives on what it means to be human, with my beliefs shaped by Eastern and Western philosophies.

Currently, I am an associate therapist at Pierce St. Integral Counseling Center. This non-profit, low-income, sliding-scale clinic is located in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco and offers service to individuals both in-person and online.
Out of session, I spend time creating stained-glass art, marveling in nature, writing, or baking my specialty of chocolate chip cookies.
